Acts 2:42-43 (New International Version) talks about the 'Fellowship of the Believers':

"They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Everyone was filled with awe, and many wonders and miraculous signs were done by the apostles."

So please, for your own sake and for the sake of those you meet, devote yourself to the teachings of the apostle, to the words of the scriptures. And pray your way through them; ask God to reveal something special to you while you read.
